The Quayle Consulting Inc.
"Plain Language" Privacy Policy

When you provide an email address, you have to wonder, "Is that company going to sell my information to spammers?" And that's a reasonable question to ask.

Quayle Consulting is a small, family-owned, business. I want your email address so that we can communicate about what your needs are. And I ask for your phone number, too, since exploring your needs works better on the phone.

My promise is to not email or phone unless there's some mutual interest in my company's products or services. As for selling your information, I promise that I will never do that, and will erase my database of contact information before I am forced to give it to someone else.

For those interested in the Charon product line (emulators for replacing legacy VAX, Alpha, SPARC, PDP-11, or HP 3000 hardware), I provide your contact information to Stromasys, the manufacturer.  Stromasys requires your name, company name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, which is why my contact forms requires this information.

I use GoogleAdWords to attract traffic to my site. Some of my web pages have Javascript tracking scripts for billing purposes. A couple of pages have Google ads embedded in them, and are part of the Google AdSense network -- and they use cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie. You can opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

I value your feedback on this policy. If you have any comments or suggestions, please send them to me using our email contact form.
