The Quayle Consulting Inc. "Plain Language" Privacy Policy
When you provide an email address, you have to wonder, "Is that company
going to sell my information to spammers?" And that's a
reasonable question to ask.
Quayle Consulting is a small, family-owned, business. I want your
email address so that we can communicate about what your needs
are. And I ask for your phone number, too, since exploring your
needs works better on the phone.
My promise is to not email or phone unless there's some mutual interest
in my company's products or services. As for selling your
information, I promise that I will never do that, and will erase my
database of contact information before I am forced to give it to
someone else.
For those possibly interested in the CHARON product line (see the VAX Replacement and Alpha Replacement) I
provide your contact information to Stromasys,
the manufacturer. Stromasys, in turn, promises not to use that
information unless something drastic happens to my company (like I get
hit by a truck). Their home office is in Switzerland, so I doubt
if they could be forced to give up your information to anyone here in
the US. And the European Union has much tighter controls on
personal information than we do in the United States.
